Description

This system offers applications for modern augmentation techniques
for hard and soft tissue. The Bone Management® set Tissue-
Control allows all modern augmentation techniques to be carried
out easily and safely in bone and soft tissue. The design of the
various hand instruments is ideally suited for the tunnel technique
or envelope technique, both of which represent minimally invasive
methods for augmenting hard and soft tissue and which minimize
resorption and shrinkage of grafts. In addition, the system enables
bone spreading using a modified extension graft.
The set consists of 3 sections:
1. Hand instruments for transplanting autologous bone plugs
for vertical and / or horizontal augmentation employing the
tunnel technique
2. Hand instruments for transplanting soft tissue with the
tunnel or envelope techniques
3. Instruments for modified extension grafts
