All MediPosture products offer excellent infection control, as they are covered with a medical-grade urethane that is designed to withstand disinfection cleanings between patient visits with infection control solutions commonly found in nearly every dental office.

The Material:
All MediPosture products feature a Urethane-based medical fabric that was designed in collaboration with
medical professionals to offer both safety and comfort in healthcare environments.

This material is an anti-microbial material that was designed to “slowly release” it’s anti-microbial system for
the life of the product. The fabric is also fluid and moisture resistant, enhancing it’s infection control capabilities.

This material DOES NOT contain Latex or Pthalates!

Cleaning and Care:
At MediPosture we recognize that medical environments require infection-control between patient visits,
which is why we have chosen to cover our products with this premium-grade, medical fabric.

To disinfect, it is recommended to use Quaternary compounds (ammonium based) which are better suited
for Urethane material vs. Phenolic (alcohol based) compounds, which are more suited for Vinyl material.
Either will work, but the Phenolic-based cleaners will shorten the lifespan of the fabric.
