Meisinger Bone Management Crest-Control Horizontal Bone Spreading System

Meisinger Crest­-Control is a Horizontal Bone Spreading Sys­tem which allows for the predetermined and mi­nimal invasive horizontal widening of the alveolar ridge in particular in the distal lower jaw. With the well-proven horizontal spreader the alveolar ridge can be expanded up to a maximum of 5 mm. Subsequently, an implant of all current systems can still be used during the mineralisation phase in the widened segment from which the oseointegration, due to a highly-potent body growth factor of the existing callus, is clearly accelerated.
