Horizontal-Control is an Axial Angle Adjustment System that, with its wellproven
and unique instruments, provides for simple and minimally invasive
ridge widening. This is achieved due to the angle modulation of the implant
axis given by the actual bone supply by erecting and displacing of the cortical
plate and at the same time condensing the bone structure. In this way, the
mandible and maxilla can be optimally prepared for the use of all current
implant systems. For this, the Spreaders of the Bone Management® System
Split-Control are required.
