Meisinger Bone Management Transfer-Control Bone Replacing System

This Bone Replacing System, suitable for use with all current dental im­plant systems, permits precise and standardised trans­plan­tation of autogenous bone cylinders. Different types of bone burs are available according to three groups of diameters. Within each group the in­struments are adapted to each other so that the outer diameter of the ablative bur or the diameter of the wheel cutter correlates with the inner diameter of the trephine. A press fit is often produced between the cylindrical bone autograft and the prepared recipient site. The bone cylinder can then be strengthened with a fixation screw (sold separately). Such precise fitting of autografts lead to accelerated bone revitalisation and wound-healing, thus creating a perfect site for dental implantation within 3 to 4 months.
